Burley Browne undertake commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes.

In addition to carrying out reports for many of the major banks, building societies and other financial institutions, valuation reports can be prepared for pension fund trustees, taxation purposes (capital gains, tax, probate etc.) and also for companies or private individuals.
