Burley Browne has a strong and growing pipeline of rent review and lease instructions across all sectors throughout the UK. The role will involve managing a wide variety of lease renewal and rent review instructions for our existing and varied landlord and tenant client base as well as supporting the Director with larger portfolios.

We require a surveyor / senior surveyor with at least one year’s PQE in a lease advisory role, ideally acting for both landlords and tenants but not a pre-requisite to the role.

Agency Surveyor

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Commercial Agency Surveyor to join our fast paced and growing commercial agency team, based in Sutton Coldfield and operating across the wider West Midlands (and occasionally nationally).

What We’re Looking For

•    Ideally MRICS (newly qualified) or working towards qualification.
•    At least 1 – 2 year experience in the commercial property market.
•    Experience or a strong interest in working with the commercial property agency.
•    A confident communicator keen to engage.
•    Proactive, organised and willing to take responsibility.
•    Motivated to progress within a growing and supportive consultancy.
