National trade kitchen supplier Howdens Joinery Group is launching a new outlet near Birmingham after signing a 15-year lease on a warehouse unit at a popular business park.
The UK’s leading trade kitchen and joinery supplier has agreed a deal on Unit 10 at Forge Mills Park in Coleshill, bringing the estate to full occupancy, commercial property consultancy Burley Browne announced today.
Burley Browne completed the transaction on behalf of a private investor client that owns the entire business park, achieving the full asking rent following a detailed surrender and simultaneous new letting.
