Despite the Covid 19 pandemic and highly anticipated move to remote working as a result, the office market has certainly rebounded across the West Midlands/South Staffordshire and remains buoyant with consistent levels of demand for high quality office accommodation.
The most notable deal was a letting of 6,000 sq ft of new build offices at Birch Coppice Business Park, Tamworth to a well established occupier planning future expansion and have committed long term to the offices demonstrating their ongoing importance to business occupiers.
Whilst an element of home working/flexibility is likely to remain in the sector, the benefits the office brings to businesses including social interaction, knowledge sharing and development is key to future growth.
