The main warehouse extends to approximately 4,500 sq ft together with the use of a storage building within the yard providing an additional 3,150 sq ft of accommodation.

The property was sold as a freehold investment and was subject to an occupational lease with a passing rent of £36,000 per annum exclusive. A sale price was agreed close to the asking price of £650,000.
