Spanish restaurant operator returns to Sutton Coldfield

Burley Browne have been instrumental in bringing another exciting new restaurant concept to Sutton Coldfield.

Acting on behalf of the new freehold owners, Burley Browne are delighted to have let 5 Manor Road to experienced restaurant operator Emma Yufera for a new Spanish concept Migas Tapas and Wine Bar.

Director David Hemming commented, "We have known for some time that Emma was looking to return to Sutton Coldfield. When we were approached by the new freeholder of Manor Road to assist and find the right operator for the property, Emma was one of the first parties we contacted. We are therefore delighted to have completed the letting and cant wait to experience what I am sure will be a great addition to the Sutton Coldfield restaurant scene".

This letting follows the arrival of Bodega Cantina, Craft Inn and Bhaijaans to Sutton's Restaurant Quarter all of which were secured by Burley Browne.
