South-East Retailer Chooses Sutton Coldfield

Burley Browne are delighted to announce the letting of 35 Birmingham Road to Head Case Barbers.  The letting is the first of three proposed branches in the West Midlands for Head Case Barbers who have 17 outlets in the South-East, and we are thrilled to introduce a new retailer into Sutton Coldfield.

The premises comprise a self contained ground floor retail unit which extends to approximately 760 sq ft and is situated within a popular retail parade which includes The Royal Bank of Scotland and Indigo Sun.
