A Warwickshire Industrial Unit has changed hands in a £925,000 deal, commercial property consultants Burley Browne have announced.

The 14,351 sq ft unit at Well Spring Close, Carlyon Road Industrial Estate in Atherstone, is currently let to Kelvion Limited - one of the leading global manufacturers of heat exchangers.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Burley Browne concluded the freehold sale within a relatively short period of marketing, said Senior Associate Director Ben Nicholson.

"It is relatively rare for freehold industrial units to come to the market so we weren't surprised to see a great deal of interest in the property from investors.  We are receiving unprecedented levels of enquiries of industrial premises which in many instances results in competing interest.

We were delighted to have concluded this deal with a private investor and this disposal further demonstrates the continued high level of demand for this style of opportunity."

The unit consists of two interconnecting industrial buildings, with single storey offices, a detached storage unit and a large, secure yard.

Burley Browne is one of the West Midlands leading independent commercial property consultants, who provide a comprehensive range of commercial property services to a wide variety of clients.  These include private individuals and small businesses, through to pension funds, banks, property investors and developers, multi-national companies and national retail and leisure operators.
