Burley Browne have let 1 Tamworth Street, Lichfield to established Lichfield based retailer, ES Jewellery.
The shop which extends to approximately 97.97m² / 1,054 sq ft occupies what is arguably one of the most prominent retail positions in the City Centre, close to the entrance to the Three Spires Shopping Centre at the junction of Conduit Street and Tamworth Street.
The building is an attractive Grade II Listed three storey mixed use property which is also undergoing extensive refurbishment to provide 2 self contained residential apartments to the upper floors.
