Office Agency Completions Providing Services to the Community

We are excited to announce the successful completion of several key office lettings as we kick off March with significant achievements in our office agency sector. This quarter has already proven to be a remarkable period for our team, showcasing our commitment to matching businesses with ideal spaces that foster growth and innovation.

Among our recent completions, we are pleased to highlight the letting of the 1st and 2nd floors of Carlton House in Mere Green. This well-appointed 635 sq ft office space has been secured on a new lease by Supporting Futures specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to placing seasoned professionals in services that support the most vulnerable. We are thrilled to facilitate their mission by providing a conducive environment that aligns with their values. 

Additionally, we have successfully let Unit 6 Amber Business Village in Tamworth, a self-contained 1,200 sq ft building located within a vibrant office park on a new lease. This space has found its new occupant in a domiciliary care company, and we are excited to welcome them to their new home. 

In another notable achievement, Ink Religion has secured a retail & office 1,124 sq ft space at 184a/b Chester Road, Streetly on a new lease, promising to make a colourful impact in the local community with their new premises.
