Job Opportunites - Landlord and Tenant and Valuation Surveyors required

Burley Browne is a successful independent firm of chartered surveyors, commercial property agents and retail and restaurant consultants located in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham City Centre but active in the Greater Birmingham, South Staffordshire, West Midlands and national markets.

Burley Browne represent a wide variety of clients from private individuals and small businesses through to pension funds, banks, property investors and developers, multi-national companies and national retail and restaurant operators. Notable clients Handlesbanken, St Modwen, M&G, Bridgestone, Suffolk Life, handmade burger company, Barburrito, Trebor Developments and Ashfield Land.

Based in our Sutton Coldfield Head Office, and due to a substantial increase in the number of new instructions, we seek both a Landlord and Tenant and  Valuation surveyor, to strengthen the extremely busy and expanding professional team and to work across all commercial property types including retail, leisure, offices and industrial.

The roles will involve:

• Landlord and Tenant work including rent reviews and lease renewals

• Valuations will be undertaken for lending purposes, pension, probate and transactional advice.

The roles suit surveyors that are RICS qualified or working towards RICS qualification ideally with the relevant Landlord and Tenant / Valuation experience. RICS Registered Valuer status preferred but not initially essential.

Full Time although part time will be considered
