First Letting at the Remodelled Wing Yip Business Centre Completes

The Wing Yip Business Centre underwent extensive remodelling work earlier in 2019 which included the demolition of the longstanding restaurant in order to improve the visibility of the Business Centre.  The external elevations of the Centre were improved to include removal of the canopy in order to provide good visible frontage and enhanced signage opportunities for occupiers. 

Unit 6, occupying a prominent position within the Centre, has been let for use as a tearoom and will compliment the existing occupiers on site which include Bank of East Asia, Loynton Solicitors and the Min Min Restaurant.
