We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Commercial Agency Surveyor to join our fast paced and growing commercial agency team, based in Sutton Coldfield and operating across the wider West Midlands (and occasionally nationally).

About the Role

From the outset, you will be closely involved in a wide range of retail, office, industrial and investment agency instructions, working directly with clients, tenants and professional contacts. You will assist with inspections, marketing, negotiations, viewings and deal progression, with responsibility increasing as your experience and confidence develop.

You will manage instructions under the guidance of senior surveyors and directors, but within an environment that offers real trust, visibility and autonomy. The business structure encourages surveyors to build their own professional profile, take a lead on client relationships and play an active part in the continued growth of the agency team.

You will also be encouraged to contribute to new business development, attend client meetings and functions, developing the commercial awareness and confidence required for long term progression within the firm.

What We’re Looking For

•    Ideally MRICS (newly qualified) or working towards qualification.
•    At least 1 – 2 year experience in the commercial property market.
•    Experience or a strong interest in working with the commercial property agency.
•    A confident communicator keen to engage.
•    Proactive, organised and willing to take responsibility.
•    Motivated to progress within a growing and supportive consultancy.
