Burley Browne has successfully negotiated terms for the early surrender and grant of a new lease of Units 1 – 2 Phoenix Drive in Aldridge. Terms were agreed for the early surrender of the occupiers full repairing and insuring lease with the completion of the new 10-year lease to Maxcess International being granted simultaneously.
The property extends to 11,250sq ft and provides well maintained adjoining workshop/warehouse accommodation incorporating part first floor and mezzanine office with stores. The units benefit from roller shutter access doors with a minimum of internal eaves height of approximately 3.3m with ample parking.
