Burley Browne secure Lakeside food court unit for Harpers

Represented by Burley Browne, shopping centre food court operator Harpers British Classics have secured their first unit outside of the Midlands at intu Lakeside's, the regional out of town shopping centre in Thurrock, Essex.
Harpers British Classics, which has food court units in Birmingham City Centre, Merry Hill and Derby specialise in good quality, hearty homemade British food, and will join national operators including Tortilla, Ed's Diner, Nandos, Patisserie Valerie and Wasabi in Intu's £9m new concept foodcourt.
David Hemming commented, "We are absolutely delighted to have secured this location for Harpers particularly in view of the quality national operators that Harpers will be sitting alongside. This deal also reflects the specialist acquisition work Burley Browne is now undertaking across the UK for a number of restaurant operators."
Burley Browne are retained to act on behalf of Harpers and are seeking further sites across the UK.
