Burley Browne has successfully negotiated the terms for the respective lettings of Unit 9 and Unit 10 within Britannia Enterprise Park in Lichfield. The lettings quickly follow after the recent letting of Unit 17, with the only remaining vacant unit on the estate, Unit 31, now also in solicitor’s hands.

Unit 9 provides a self-contained warehouse building extending to approximately 2,850 sq ft together with a mezzanine of 330 sq ft. The letting to Advanced Innovative Investments Limited completed quickly following a short marketing period.

This letting was closely followed by the letting of the neighbouring Unit 10, Britannia Enterprise Park to Event Rigging Services Limited.

Unit 10 provides recently refurbished warehouse accommodation extending to approximately 5,000 sq ft with ample parking within the forecourt area.
