Burley Browne has successfully agreed the terms for the sale of Unit 4C, Progress Drive in Cannock. The transaction was completed within 14 days from drafting of the initial Memorandum of Sale through to key handover, at an agreed sale price of £575,000 to George Taylor & Co Lifting Gear (Europe) Ltd.

The property formed part of a dual instruction from the same client for two neighbouring premises, both of which have generated high levels of interest since the original marketing.
