Another deal completed in Brownhills

General | 21.04.2015

Burley Browne are delighted to announce the letting of ‘Former Planet Wheels,’ 254 High Street, Brownhills. The premises comprise a former motor centre which extends to approximately 414.72 sq m (4,464 sq ft) situated prominently on Brownhills High Street.

Burley Browne were appointed by Halfords to dispose of their surplus leasehold interest and after complex negotiations with both the Landlord, tenant and sub-tenant, a subletting of the existing lease was agreed for the remainder of the existing lease.

Ben Nicholson, Senior Surveyor at Burley Browne commented: "This was a pleasing result and a good reward for hard efforts put in to securing a suitable sub-tenant. Sub-lettings often entail detailed negotiations between the parties and we were obviously delighted that matters completed. We are continuing to see an increase in the level of enquiries and this is further evidence of confidence returning to the market and hopefully to Brownhills High Street.”

Burley Browne are excellently placed with good local knowledge to provide advice on a full range of commercial property matters and would be happy to discuss any queries you have.
