2024 has continued in the same way 2023 finished, with a number of new instructions and successful disposals being completed.

Whilst there remains some uncertainty in the commercial property market and the wide economy, Burley Browne remains incredibly busy across all sectors with a healthy level of new instructions being received in what remains a competitive market.

Following a busy end to 2023, there appears to be no signs of let-up in activity with pipeline for the remainder of the year also appearing healthy.
